Guests have full access to the house as well as the washer and dryer in the shed out back, in the fenced in yard. The main gate is locked and not accessible from the outside except by lawn and pest control services.

This is my second stay at this property, 4 1/2 years apart. The property is just as cute, clean, and comfortable now as it was in 2020. We enjoyed staying here while in town to visit family. The location is convenient to the college, downtown, and everything you might need. Highly recommend.

Sweet Cottage in Lakeland Fla

This was our 3rd time staying in this cottage.We enjoy the home and how convenient it is for walking and driving to interesting and fun places!The home is decorated beautifully.It has 2 good size bedrooms with big closets!The kitchen is well supplied & spacious.The dining and front room areas are very nice.There is a great outside siting area with a grill!We enjoyed it all.We have family nearby and plan to return again.They enjoyed visiting us at this lovely cottage.

Excellent host, best host I have come across. Very cozy yet well dimensioned home with a great backyard built for lounging and enjoying the fresh air. My family loved our stay here - we would walk to downtown, have breakfast mostly at Frescos, take a stroll through the farmers market if it was Saturday and head back to the house to relax in the backyard before going out elsewhere or to meet friends. We live in a condo back home, so having a backyard to ourselves for a bit, especially this one, was a real luxury.

We had a nice time in this pretty cottage in Lakeland.The home is clean and nicely decorated.Very comfortable. We have family nearby and they came and visited a couple times.They liked the home and area. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the backyard set up is very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

A whole bunch of Kudos!

Wonderful, small, exceptionally clean house in a charming neighborhood. The entire backyard is fenced in which was plenty room for our dog. The home was in tip top shape when we arrived, especially its cleanliness.The owner has done a great job inside the house with appliances, thermostat and t.v's being the latest. The owner is very responsive when contacted. The location is excellent for visiting the sites around town and especially close to the gorgeous Lake "down the street." Would highly recommend this wonderful VRBO for you and of course your dog....she also had a great time and would also have written a rave review hadn't she been taking her fifth nap of the day!

Great Farmer’s market (Saturday) and delicious (Saturday only) Born N Bread bakery. Great restaurants within walking distance. One suggestion: go to Chamber of Commerce for maps and brochures for local attractions and nearby places of interest.

Adorable Cottage

We LOVED our stay in Lakeland at this property. We were in town to visit our son who attends Florida Southern College. This property was very close to the campus and to the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. The cottage is comfortable and has EVERYTHING you need! We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook as well as aluminum foil and plastic wrap for leftovers. The bathroom, although small, was stocked nicely with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. We loved the backyard, it was very relaxing. We would have loved to put on the fire pit, but the gas tank was empty. We definitely would stay again. Anthony is a great host and very easy to communicate with! Thank you so much.

Charming House

My son and I stayed at this lovely home for 4 nights. We absolutely loved the property! The house was well stocked and the Guest Viewer made it simple to find not only information about the property but local attractions. The fenced in backyard was a peaceful place to relax. There were a couple cats that came to visit but they didn’t seem to be bothered by us. The house had ample space for the two of us, plenty of TV’s and I especially liked the little office area. We did find one board game but it would have been nice if the house had a few more. My only complaint was the landscape company showed up early one morning to plant flowers/shrubs and put down new mulch. I would have preferred the work done before/after our stay but I know this isn’t always possible to schedule. The host was very accommodating and charged us a prorated rate instead of an additional day as our flight home was a later evening flight. This allowed us extra time in the Lakeland area. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.
