The entire stay was excellent my wife n I enjoyed the quiet time n space of the room. Enjoyed the life bands n games. Comedy as well. Food was great.

We stayed in the champagne tower suite the pool was not very clean and definitely needs and update had cracked bricks and gaps in between them. The champage glass jacuzzi was not veru comfortable at all definitely way too hyped up and needs to take some mirrors out not everybody is into looking at themselves in that way

Bathroom door was broken and not closing, we took a room with private pull that was freezing I called few times and never got a service guy. I was there few times but this is my last time that I will go there. I’m very disappointed 600$ a night and this is what I get it’s not fair

This property is extremely rundown both outside and inside. The champagne tower is a neat concept with the hot tub and pool but not worth $500 per night. The room is very shabby and everything looks old. The tub in our room was badly chipped and peeling and it scratches your backside while sitting in an unpleasant way. The fireplace smoke backed up into the room and looked like the place was on fire. It set off the smoke detectors. The lady at the desk said this happens when the wind is blowing a certain direction. Ummm okay? We enjoyed the pool and sauna.The heart shaped bed is a neat concept but odd if you're tall cuz where do your legs go. If u have lots of money and want to experience the champagne towers then go for it. If you're tight on money look for an air bnb with a hot tub and fireplace. The entire complex is super old looking and run down.... not in a quaint way. I don't recommend. I bet they are out of business in the next few years. That's how the property looked. Save your hard earned cash unless they do some renovations.

Pool was dirty. Pool grout had dirt build up in it that broke free while using it. The surround on the pool was cracked in multiple places. The water heater was not working very well for the shower. The TV in the living room area was dead as soon as we walked in the door. We basically paid the bedroom and hot tub since the other two areas were not really usable.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are in need of a refresh but it was very clean and the staff was great! Thr only think I really didn’t like was the room block we were in had no windows in them at all. Felt like being in a dungeon. We stayed in the rooms with the pool.

We arrived at 330 for check in. Was told room was not ready. They would call when it was. We drove around the porperty from building to building tired from our drive. Checked at 530 no answer. Again told they would call. Finally at 630, three hours after check in time I was switched to a handicap room that wasnt reserved by anyone. That room was freezing. Heater didnt work in the hot tub/bathroom. While it was quiet and the food and drinks were good.. our first night was ruined by waiting hours and then end8ng up uncomfortable and cold. Those logs did not warm the room. Again the staff was friendly but it didnt make up for not being able to relax and nap like planned before dinner. I have mever in my life checked in and three hours later still waiting on a room with no explanation for why we were told check in was 330 or no communication at three hours about it unless i went back in to ask. If i am paying for a room I want the room. Im not sure id come back simply based on that fact.

It is more like a motel. I was expecting something more private. The customer service was good (five stars on that) however we had to wait 3 hours to get access to our room. We drove 2 hours from NJ and all we wanted is to have some rest. Check in supposed to begin at 3 30pm. We finally got access to the room at 6pm. They did that to at least 20 couples. They don’t deserve a 1 star review but they definitely need to work on the the timing. Dinner was good.
