The check in was great. The room was okay. The lay out is great. Wish the tub wasnt dirty upon arrival. Saturday morning i noticed the bathroom above the shower had mold. Just terrible. They had alot of games and activities. The dining hall service was excellent. My serve Eric just had the greatest attitude.

First time here and I loved the champagne room There is only one thing I wished the room had was a microwave. I couldn’t heat my leftovers up . The best was too soft for me but I loved the place 😉

The staff was great, My partner and I were disappointed in the room due to the following. We went to use the pool and it was cold and then we went to use the hot tub in the room and started filling it up and got in and then noticed stuff floating in it. We got out immediately, called down to the front desk and they offered to turn the pool up and we asked for a call back once it was done and never received a call back. They did offer to move us to another room but it was late and we didnt want to pack everything up. The main reason for us to come there was the room amneties which we didnt get a chance to use.

This was our second stay. The first was in the champagne tower suite. This stay we had the heart shaped hot tub suite. Surprisingly the 2nd stay was better than the first. I’ve always wanted to stay in one with the champagne tower, and it was nice, but the heart shaped hot tub was actually more comfortable and we spent a lot more time in it than the champagne tower.

This resort is awesome, however it needs a little update as far rugs, air conditioner/heater and walls.. it was cozy. Wear sneakers when walking from biilding to building, be comfy.

Although the place might be from the 70’s, we had an incredible time. Very relaxing. Restaurant was pretty good. They definitely have to update their liquor choices. Entertainment was amazing.
