HELP

Bonjour, tout d'abord ce mail n'engage que moi. Concernant la location de ce studio, dans cette "résidence" Plein Soleil. Résidence construite probablement pour investissement immobilier. Elle compte 225, studio au début.Ce chiffre n'est plus exact, car certain de ces studios sont réunis pour faire des 2 pièces. Celui que nous occupons et bien agencé,il dispose d'une grande chambre à coucher, le point faible est, le côté cuisine et séjour réuni, dans lequel on trouve un canapé, font que l'espace de vie est restreint. La résidence,parlons en! Une conception particulière des parties communes, de longs couloirs obscurs et étroits, 2 ascenseurs, situés aux extrémités de ce bâtiment tout en longueur, peu pratique pour accéder aux logements du centre, il faut décharger, où l'on peut au plus proche d'un accès à l'immeuble,puis coltiner ses bagages vers l'ascenseur et faire le cheminement inverse arrivé à l'étage,sans oublier les escaliers !. Ne parlons pas de la propreté de ces parties communes,je ne jette pas la pierre au personnel d'entretien,mais au responsable de ce programme d'entretien affiché à l'entrée et irréalisable, car il faut aussi les moyens. Un rafraîchissement de l'ensemble commence à s'imposer. Les abords, côté parking semble à l'abandon. Un petit mot pour la commune. Si résidence n'est peut être pas la meilleure dénomination de cette immeuble, Boulevard me paraît aussi incongru pour une départementale bruyante.
