Nestled in a calm and green environment, close to the sea and amenities, it offers a perfect setting for family holidays or time with friends, between relaxation in the garden and getaways on the Breton coast.



Outside, an enclosed garden awaits you, perfect for letting children play safely. The garden furniture and barbecue will allow you to enjoy convivial meals outdoors on fine days.



Upon entering the house, you will discover a beautiful, welcoming living space combining the kitchen, dining room and lounge.

The dining room will allow you to share warm moments around the table, whilst the lounge, furnished with a large comfortable sofa, armchairs and a television, invites you to relax. A wood-burning stove completes this space for cosy evenings throughout the year. The American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.

From the living space, you have access to a bright conservatory, equipped with a three-seater sofa and a folding oval table, ideal for enjoying the view of the garden throughout the year.

Upstairs you will also have at your disposal a space with a small desk on the landing, practical if you need to work from home.
