Lyåsa Lillegard on Lake Lyen

Built 1847 in timber, Lillegård is located alone between Lyåsa nature reserve and Lake Lyen. Carefully renovated the house serves as a base for adventures, especially to the lake side, for fishing from the boat, getting your feet onto the sand seabed and swimming to our float, diving or relaxing by the camp fire just by the lake. After a proper sauna session, the water is warm enough all season, regardless of weather. The property consists of a land strip 500m wide, meadows and a park like forest all way down to the lake, giving you room to enjoy solitude and family life away from noise and traffic. The garden has a large well mowed lawn, suitible for soccer and badminton, with swings and a large trampolin. Right outside the apartment door is a garden furniture set and a grill. The weight lifter / CrossFit enthusiast can unlock the private gym (not included in price, ask and you will get access). The house is winter friendly with heating (included just like electricity) Fishing: the lake is up to 17 meters deep, 4.5 km long and about 1 km wide. You can reach other lakes (Hultasjön, Rymmen) by boat. A rowboat is included in the price, a second is available by request (free of charge) and you can attach your own engine(s) if you want longer range. Most common species: Zander, Barch, Hecht (in that order). There is a put and take lake for fly fishing about 10km from the house.

Wonderful, scenic location, lovely home. A must-stay location to relax and get away.

Seeking to stay somewhere in rural, quiet Sweden we found this property. I did not realise at first that the listing is for the second floor of the house and that the Jansson family lived below. However the Janssons are the most hospitable, welcoming people I could have hoped for. If you're a fan of Magic the Gathering or Chess then beware, Mattias or his son Ragnar will certainly beat you! The property itself consists of a dining room with a view to die for, a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms and one single, a bathroom and a gorgeous lounge area. We were free to use a barbecue and there is a lovely firepit built by the lake - we ended up spending a lot of our time building fires and relaxing by Lake Lyen. The area is so quiet, even with another family around (you won't notice their presence much). Often the only noises I could hear were a cow moo-ing in the village, and birds chirping. Absolute bliss. The location of the house is in a small village, about 40 minutes drive away from Värnamo, where you will find the nearest supermarket and systembolaget. Storemosse national park is also only an hour away, and contains some of the most beautiful scenery and walking trails we have seen. We spent two whole days exploring the national park and still didn't see everything. Lyåsa is an accessible 2.5 hour drive from Gothenburg-Landvetter airport. Bear in mind if you are planning to stay, there is a rental fee for ben linen and towels which is not listed on the description (150kr per person). This was a negligible fee to not have to bring our own, and the beds were so comfy. My only regret is that our trip wasn't longer. Even a week is not enough time to soak up the beauty of the area. We're already planning when to return! Thank you Annika and Mattias!

Ein Haus am See - was braucht es mehr? Wunderschöner privater Seezugang mit Ruderboot, Steg, Badeinsel, SUPs, Seesaune und Lagerfeuerstelle. Seeblick vom Haus aus. Unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Für kleine Kinder in jeder Ecke was zum Spielen (inkl. Spielküche) und draußen Platz zum Kicken und Hüpfen (Trampolin).

4,5 Stars:Great style, awesome patio with great views to lake and sunset, nice owners, great possibilities (boat, swimming, sauna, playing on the green, .....).Advertisement should state that you "only" rent upstairs, which is still large.One bedroom has no direct door (but theirs one in the floor), we didn't mind.Overall quiet and pleasent, beautiful, we enjoyed it!

Ein schwedische Idyll

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Woche. Das Haus ist toll gelegen und hat Zugang zu einem See an dem man klasse baden kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zugänglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, insbesondere die Küchenausstattung ist top.

schöne Wohnung, perfekt gelegen

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Für unseren Kleinen gab es ein Bett, Hochstuhl und jede Menge Spielzeug. Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am See, dort gibt es ein Boot, SUPs und eine Sauna, die man benutzen kann. Perfekt für Familien, die gern viel Zeit draußen verbringen.

Wunderbar

Die Ferienwohnung von den Janssons ist super schön. Für geeignet für junge Familien. Die Sauna, der Badesteg und das Boot runden den Aufenthalt super gut ab. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für tolle Unternehmungen. Ruhige Lage. Nette und fürsorgliche Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Dejlig bolig med en fantastisk beliggenhed.

Hyggelig og stemningsfuld bolig. Med omgivelser i særklasse. Dejlig sø med gode badefaciliter, båd og bålsted. Jeg synes dog, at det bør fremgå af udlejningsannoncen at det kun er øverste etage man lejer. Det bør man vide, når man lejer det.

Sehr idyllisch am See gelegen

Die Ferienwohnung im Sommerhaus der Familie Jannson war sehr geräumig und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lage am See mit der Nutzung des Bootes ist für Angler und Naturliebhaber ideal. Wir genossen die Wanderungen in der Nähe und auch die Möglichkeit der Fahrradnutzung. Fazit: Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Wonderful vacation in Lyåsa, Småland

We had a great time in the natural of Småland. Our Family enjoyed the house with garden (playing, relaxing) the lake (swimming, fishing, boat tour) and the beautiful countryside (fresh berries, hiking) very much. Ein super erholsamer Urlaub!

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Die Abgeschiedenheit wunderbar. Wenn man doch mal etwas unternehmen möchte, können wir mit Kindern bspw. die Westernstadt High Chaparral empfehlen, ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Insgesamt noch schöner als wir es erhofft hatten. Danke Mattias, für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Urlaub zum Abschalten

Wir haben drei Wochen Urlaub in Schweden bei Familie Jansson zu Hause verbracht. Unsere Jungs konnten sich beim spielen mit den vier Kindern der Vermieter in der englischen Sprache üben. Auf dem Weg zum See kann man Blaubeeren und Pilze finden.
