A beautiful barn conversion with fabulous views of the rolling countryside - perfect break for walkers, families and couples wanting to explore the area.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: (5 Steps), Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Emperor (7ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. . Enclosed rear lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Front patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Woodland grounds (shared with property UK41512). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead in the grounds at all times (livestock). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a large wildlife pond in the grounds.. Parlwr Godro (which means milking parlour in Welsh), has been renovated to a high standard in 2022, and is perfect for a romantic break away or for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding areas that this property has to offer straight from the front door. Parlwr Godro consists of open plan living/dining room with a wood burner, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Patio doors lead to the outside which enjoys great views, and the kitchen is five steps up. This detached barn conversion offers a master bedroom with an emperor bed. A second bedroom with twin beds and A luxury family bathroom completes the picture. There is a stable door giving access to the enclosed rear garden. This detached barn conversion lies on the owners’ small holding and there is plenty to discover in terms of walks and wildlife here.
The property is about 3 miles from the town of Lampeter, which has an array of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs to choose from. additionally, there are over 60 miles of glorious coastline in Cardigan Bay, and lots of beaches and coves in the pretty, coastal resort of New Quay. The colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron can be easily reached about 10 miles away. You’re very likely to see dolphins in the bay and there are boat trips available to watch them and the other wildlife.
The Victorian seaside and university town of Aberystwyth is also within easy reach, where you’ll find a traditional pier, promenade, and the old electric cliff railway to the summit of Constitution Hill, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay.
Enjoy a day out at the National Trust Dolaucothi Gold Mines at Pumpsaint, the Silver Mountain Experience (silver-lead mines) at Ponterwyd or the red kite feeding centre at Bwlch Nant Yr Arian, or why not take a trip on a traditional steam train from Aberystwyth to the falls at Devil’s Bridge?
