Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Back garden with patio, garden furniture and gas barbecue. A further 6 acres of shared grounds with river. Private parking for 1cars. No smoking. Please note: There is direct access to the unfenced river.. Sheep Shed is a charming stone cottage which has been thoughtfully transformed into a character-filled retreat with a touch of industrial rustic charm and is beautifully designed and fully equipped for comfort.
Inside, you’ll find an open-plan lounge dining and kitchen area with a Smart TV, log burner, a well-equipped kitchen featuring home-from-home appliances for an added touch of convenience. To the first floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed, while the bathroom houses a walk in shower and heated towel rail alongside a free-standing bathtub.
Please note, previously a hayloft the bedroom has reduced head room in places due to beams
Outside, enjoy your large lawned enclosed garden with gas BBQ and outdoor seating perfect for soaking in countryside views.
Just 20 minutes from Aberaeron, you’re perfectly placed for coastal adventures and countryside walks. The area surrounding Lampeter and Aberaeron offers a wonderful mix of rural charm, coastal beauty, and cultural interest, ideal for visitors looking to unwind or explore.
