Country House First Floor
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a newly renovated semi-detached villa. The apartment consists of a living area with dining room and kitchen complete with everything with oven and washing machine, the double bedroom with an additional bed, a bedroom with two single beds and the complete bathroom with shower and bidet. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet. The house has a large garden with centuries-old olive grove and a small vegetable garden available to guests. The villa is located just 2 km from Villa Rospigliosi and 2 km from Padule di Fucecchio and the Via Francigena. It is located just 7 km from Vinci and Leonardo's birthplace. At 3 km you will find swimming pool, tennis court and football pitch; just 100 meters from the bus stop and 5oo meters you will find a bar. At 1 km there is a small supermarket and a pizzeria.
The following tourist attractions are easily reachable: Collodi and the famous Pinocchio park, the zoo of Pistoia, Abetone, Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca.
