POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA farmhouse with swimming pool in the heart of Tuscany.

The MASTER HOUSE is located in the Farmhouse "Poggio alla Cavalla" located in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) in the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo.

The MASTER HOUSE is surrounded by a garden, where the swimming pool is located, with a large panoramic terrace and private parking.

THE MASTER HOUSE is on the ground floor, independent entrance, (2 bedrooms with double bed + single bed and in the living room sofa bed for 2) is equipped with: air conditioning, TV, Free-Wifi Internet, dishwasher, washing machine and an equipped area outside with barbecue.

The interior is composed:
A large fitted kitchen, gas cooker, sink, electric oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen cupboards, 12 p. cooking utensils
Living room with 2-seater sofa bed, TV and TV cabinet and with laptop worktop.

Two bedrooms with double bed + single bed or baby bed, one of which has a terrace overlooking the pool
The bathroom has a box/shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer.

The house is equipped with clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
The farmhouse offers guests a washing machine and laundry.

The Master House has a shared garden and also a private outdoor area equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.

At guests' disposal also a personal parking space in the private square of the farmhouse.

THE SWIMMING POOL only for guests of the lodgings (12x6 m - open from 28.04 to 06.10) with its panoramic TERRACE which extends around the pool, is equipped with a shower and deck chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and tables.

Shops - Within a radius of 3 km there are supermarkets and shops, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, a doctor, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and so on. etc.

Det var godt

Det gik fint men ovnen virker ikke så blev vi spurgt om det var et problem og det var det da vi gerne ville lave mad. Men han fik en elektriker til at komme dagen efter og se på den. De fik lys i den men den kom aldrig til at varme det var lidt øv ellers var alt ok

Horrible logement ne correspondant pas à la réservation

La maison ne correspondait pas à la réservation du master.Le propriétaire nous informe dès notre arrivée d’un problème de double réservation avec son fils.De ce fait, nous nous retrouvons dans 2 petits appartements séparés au lieu d’une maison sans l’électroménager associé et avec très peu d’espace de vie.C’est une tromperie de haut niveau qui a fait l’objet apparemment d’avis similaires dans le passé : voir commentaires 2024 et précédents.Les aboiements de chiens du voisinage sont fréquents.La voiture BMW de la famille du propriétaire est bruyante le matin et la nuit (pot d’échappement…)Une seule machine à laver pour tous les gîtes le Master soit pour 6 familles.Problème d'insonorisation des petits appartements : vous entendrez votre voisin prendre sa douche, claquer les chaises, tirer la chasse d’eau... De plus, à trois reprises nous n'avons plus eu d'eau chaude et plus de gaz.En conclusion : 2 semaines horribles, nous ne recommandons absolument pas le lieu et les logements correspondants.

Unfreundlicher, rücksichtsloser Vermieter, der keine Privatsphäre achtet

Der Empfang im "MEISTERHAUS" war enttäuschend: Zur vereinbarten Zeit angekommen, wurden wir von einem anderen Gästepaar mit dem Hinweis begrüßt, dass der Vermieter mit der Ankunft von drei Mietparteien an diesem Nachmittag überfordert sei. Wir wurden zunächst ignoriert und haben auf spätere, vorsichtige Nachfrage eine harsche Zurechtweisung erhalten, dass man zunächst eine Mietpartei nach der Anderen abarbeiten müsse. Nach 45 Minuten waren wir an der Reihe. Der Vermieter zeigte uns die Wohnung, wies auf die Regeln hin und reagierte genervt, als wir darum baten zu zeigen, wie das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer aufzuklappen sei. Die Beanstandung eines verfleckten Bettlakens verursachte ebenfalls eine genervte Reaktion. Die Beschreibung des Zustands der Einrichtung des Schlafzimmers in einer vorangegangenen Bewertung ist nach wie vor zutreffend. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer verdient den Namen nicht, man spürt jede Metallfeder der unbequemen Auflage. Der Geschirrspüler kippte beim Öffnen aus seiner Nische. Absolut inakzeptabel ist das rücksichtslose und wiederholt beleidigende Verhalten des Vermieters gegenüber seinen Gästen. U.a. hat er die Wohnung während unserer Abwesenheit betreten (Video vorhanden) und dies auch nach Aufforderung, es zu unterlassen, weiterhin mit Hinweis auf sein angebliches Recht als Eigentümer getan. Im Wesentlichen sind das Defizite, die mit einem höflichen Gastgeber und freundlicher Kommunikation (übrigens nicht auf Deutsch möglich) vermeidbar gewesen wären.

Wirklich ruhig...

Der Check In mit dem Inhaber verlief freundlich, reibungslos und professionell, da gibt es nichts. Die Wohnung "Meisterhaus" befindet sich auf 2 Etagen und ist sehr geräumig mit viel Schrankfläche in allen Zimmern. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit großem Kühlschrank und ebenfalls sehr großer Gefriereinheit 👍 Der Blick vom Balkon eines Schlafzimmers in die Natur ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Der Inhaber reinigte täglich die Poolumgebung 👍 In den Unterlagen steht schon, das es sehr ruhig liegt.....es liegt am Rande eines Dorfes ohne jegliche Infrastruktur....kein Bäcker, Café oder Restaurant. Dafür mussten wir gut 3-4 km fahren. Als wir anreisten fehlten die Batterien in der TV Fernbedienung, die Deckenleuchte im Schlafzimmer war ohne Glas, so daß wir auf 2 von 3 möglichen Glühbirnen schauen konnten. Die Schlafzimmertür sah aus als wenn jemand mit einem Hammer nach Mücken gejagt hat, Einschlagstellen aussen und innen. Das Bettgestell war aus einem nicht zu definierenden Material, das sich auflöste und an unseren Beinen in kleinen Stücken verblieb, ebenfalls auf dem Boden. (Fotos vorhanden) Der Pool machte einen guten und sicheren Eindruck, einzig die grüne Einfärbung um die Wasserkante wirkte nicht toll. Alles in allem passt aus unserer Sicht Preis/Leistung nicht. Wir reissten einen Tag früher ab, sehr zur Freude unserer Nachmieter. Diese waren schon früher vor Ort und durch eine Doppelvergabe in einer anderen Wohnung zwischen "geparkt".

Grand confort proche de Fmotence et autres sites remarquables de la Toscane du nord.

La maison Master dispose de tout le confort nécessaires et de deux terrasses pour les petits déjeuner et les repas principaux. La cuisine spacieuse est très bien équipée. A noter là gentillesses et les bons conseils des hôtes. En présent de bienvenue des produits de leur production : huile d'olive et vin de Chianti vous sont offert.
