We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated. The owner was onsite both he and his team were professional, accomodating and friendly. We felt as if we were the only guests. An unexpected and very pleasant surprise was the restaurant "Flow". Best meal we had, the lobster bisque was fantastic. It was quiet, with a beautiful view of the river. We've traveled extensively and this boutique hotel is 10/10 in every aspect. Annamaes Hotels was excellent, great customer service, Jannick attention to details was over the top! five star restaurante! All the meals were delicious. The room was spotless, and we got the best view of the river. I highly recommend!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It is run by a family that has lovingly created, restored and imagined a space of comfort and wellness. The restaurant in the hotel is a true delight. This is truly a gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The staff were courteous and professional and very helpful. The hotel was just renovated so everything is new and clean and fresh. The only complaint is that it's an old building and the wall on the upper floor slants in a bit to follow the contour of the roof. I bumped my head a couple of times until I adjusted to it. Def recommend this hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! Nestled right where the Netherlands meets Belgium, it’s truly special. What made our stay wonderful was the staff – everyone, from the hotel team to the restaurant crew, was so warm and kind. They made us feel right at home! On our very first day, we were treated to a magical double rainbow over the riverbank across from the hotel. It felt like such a lucky, happy moment! And our room had this lovely telescope – at night, we even spotted a shooting star glide past the Big Dipper. Just beautiful! The room itself was super cozy, and the restaurant? Oh, their sauces were incredible! We still can’t stop thinking about them – so tasty and expertly made. If you’re looking for a place that feels welcoming and full of lovely surprises, this is it. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Sehr schönes, mordernes und gepflegtes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Da ich kein Flämisch kann, haben sie sich bemüht, mir die Speisekarte vom Restaurant ins Deutsche bzw. Englische zu übersetzen und haben sich Zeit genommen, mir alles zu erklären. Maastricht ist im Auto 5min entfernt vom Hotel. Ich bin sehr zufrieden von meinem Aufenthalt.

Hyggeligt hotel med smuk beliggenhed

Fantastisk hotel tæt på Maastricht by. Smuk udsigt, moderne og hyggelige værelser. Alt fremstår nyt og lækkert (overvej en svaber i brusekabinen- vandet løber ud på gulvet). God kvalitet i shampoo og balsam. Meget hyggelig terrasse med udsigt. Flot p-kælder uden ekstra betaling er kæmpe plus

Mooi hotel. Wij hadden een ruime kamer en badkamer van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden waren ook top! Als ik een verbeterpunt moet zoeken dan is dat dat de gang heel gehorig is.
