On trips out you can explore Lanarkshire and the Scottish Borders, with activities such as cycling, trout fishing and horse riding to enjoy. Go walking in the forested landscape that surrounds the site or join the owners on a farm tour to meet sheep, goats and alpacas. Biggar (5.5 miles) is the closest market town where you can pick up a range of goodies or eat out, while the bustling city of Edinburgh is within 30 miles.
Settle into the lovely open-plan lounge/kitchen area boasting a selection of amenities so you can enjoy evenings cooking when you aren’t dining out. Eat at the pretty table or cosy up on the comfortable seating to watch a film on the Smart TV or just relax and enjoy views over the serene countryside from this retreat.
