I love this place. We stay here as often as we can. There's always great breakfast, staff is wonderful, everywhere is clean (even the pool). The only downfall for us was the sofa bed, but i think thats with all sofa beds. They gave us a rollaway bed and that was much better. It did not discourage us from wanting to go back.

Great stay

Staff were friendly especially desk staff, cleaning staff and breakfast staff. The pool and room was clean. Breakfast was good, had alot of options more than other hotels I have stayed. Conveniently located near all the tourist places but not too close.

Our suite room faced the back of hotel which was woods out the window. Our a/c did not work the first day we were there. Front desk sent maintenance to the room, but we needed a new unit. The other suites were already booked, but the hotel offered us a smaller room for the one night until they could replace the a/c the next day. They also said we would receive a large discount on the room rate. We chose to stay in original room and open window for the night instead. They did bring us a fan to help in the room. New a/c unit installed the next day while we were gone. Breakfast was good and liked that the egg, bacon, and sausage offerings vary day to day. Pool is nice size. Gym is small with limited offerings. The sofa bed mattress was not comfy, but the variety of chairs left other options for my kids to sleep on. Overall all the staff, front desk and maintenance staff were very accommodating to our needs. The discount we received for broken a/c was pleasing to my husband and I. I recommend this hotel as a family friendly place to stay. It is set back from the highway so we heard no traffic noise even with open window all night.

Everything was rally good. All staff were really nice and polite. Stephania or Stephany and Brenda were really nice. They are so nice. The cleanness room it’s ok. Sauna wasn’t open. My daughter enjoy the indoor pool.

Lancaster weekend

We stayed two nights and found the room excellent for our needs. The staff changed over the room between nights and were very good. The free breakfast in the morning was better than expected and very good. We will definitely use this hotel again.

When you put 3 screaming kids and yelling parent in an adjoining room next to you who scream until10:30 at night and as early as 5:20 am and the hotel does nothing to rectify the situation or compensate you….rediculous!!

Overall the hotel itself was very good. The particular room we stayed in had an off smell to it and the bed was absolutely terrible. Very hard, uneven, lumpy. There is really no reason at all to have a bed in that bad a shape in a room. But like I said, the hotel itself was very nice. Just not our room and bed
