The general area was not clean, or vacuumed. The elevator was dingy and not clean. It was dark in the common space. The bathroom in our room was very dated and not well cleaned. The window area was dirty with dead bugs. The staff was friendly but computers were down during check out. I had to come back down to sign forms, I had already done pre- check in with this info. Definitely nedds updating. We arrived at 11:30pm to the main entrance and it was locked and a note said to use your room key to enter the side door with your key? I have never experienced that in a hotel!

Hotel is outdated. Our ceiling has water stains and what looked like black mold growing. The bath tub was leaking onto the bathroom floor. Booked through Expedia and when we checked in was charged again for the stay although it was supposed to be charged for incidentals only. Staff did work to reverse charges, however it’s the weekend so money has not went back on the card. The staff were very nice and willing to help. The hotel just needs many updates to make it comfortable.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff

The front desk was extremely rude and weren’t helpful at all. Booked through hotels.com, but had the hotel cancelled without any attempt at resolving reservation issues. The customer service at hotels.com contacted the hotel and the staff was even rude to them. I high recommend staying away from this hotel, the staff acted like my family was a burden on them.

This hotel did its job but I don't think I would choose to stay here again. Pool, extra restrooms, side doors of the hotel all "out of order," extremely limited breakfast choices, and minor cleanliness issues like a dirty microwave, and raisins smashed into the fold out couch from previous people. Noise from the highway was also very noticeable. Customer service was fine.

Would not recommend. Unable to reach staff by phone. TV remote did not have a cover, batteries held in by scotch tape. Sofa bed was to be a queen size, it was a full but was unable to use it in any case. Mattress on sofa bet was torn in a number of places. No bedding in the room for the sofa bed. Toilet tissue roll was almost empty with no spare in the room.

The property was quiet which was good. Its located in no mans land, PA! It is literally a sundown town! There's no food areas close to the hotel except a convenience store that serves fried chicken! There were dead flies in my room IN THE WINTER! The shower handle was broken off the wall. I had to finagle it to adjust my shower water. The breakfast was subpar and frankly, i know I'll never stay there again.

Do NOT charge me, I never made it to this hotel

I never made it to this hotel, I tried and tried to cancel with both the hotel front desk manager and they said I can only cancel directly with Expedia. I contacted Expedia several times to no avail. Please have the courtesy to respond to me and to DEFINITELY NOT CHARGE my credit card because I didn’t make it to this hotel/reservation. I use Expedia often and I do not want to have negative reviews with your company. Please look into this and more importantly, do NOT charge me for it
