Ice storm with about a quarter inch of ice. Parking lot was never plowed. Hallway heat was shut off on every floor. Breakfast was decent and rooms were clean.

The room wasn't ideal and lacked basics like a decent mattress on the "sleeper sofa" which was a twin size. There also wasn't a coffee maker. Overall the hotel was in poor condition and smelt of smoke.

This is a good value overall and especially convenient for the Ren Faire. You get what you pay for and shouldn’t expect more than the basic amenities, but if you’re fine with that, this is a great choice. Check in was quick and easy, room was spacious. The TV could use replacing and the water pressure could be better. There is not much around besides the Ren Faire so dining options in town are pretty limited.

The security lock was broken on the door. The water in the bathroom was not clear and had fluctuating pressure and at times no water came out. The linen had holes in the blankets. Gross brown red stains on the walls

The room seemed ok the bathroom was gross. We had been at a concert in 90° heat were sweaty and gross when we checked in but opted not to take showers because we didn’t want to get in it. I did end I up leaving something behind and the staff was courteous enough to let me know and they shipped it back to me so that was nice but I would not stay there again

I was disappointed because on the website it says it has a gym. There’s absolutely no gym, except for an old elliptical and an old exercise bike. My toilet was dirty. My neighbors were noisy. The furniture was broken in my room.
