Staff was very welcoming. I met Porkchop the outside security cat. She is very friendly. Came over to say meaw . ( hello ) I plann on coming back next year with the grand babies. It's within walking distance to restaurants stores and amusement parks.

Everything was good except for the tub in the bathroom. It is very slippery and the way the back of the bottom of the tub is curved it made it hard to shower in. Need a more stable mat so nobdy slips and gets hurt like what happened to our son Saturday night. Hes ok just a small bump on back of his head but still shouldnt have happend if the tub was more stable.

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to many dining options and easy to get to. The only thing I had issue with was the last day we went down to breakfast and when we came back to our room the door was open and the hotel staff were in there cleaning out our room with my purse and our things all still in there and the do not disturb sign o. The door. This was before check out time and we had not even checked out yet. I found this unacceptable!

I got my dates wrong and arrived the day I was scheduled to check out The lovely lady at the front desk went to talk to her manager and they let us stay with no extra charge. They didn’t have to do this since it was clearly my fault. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and the linens were plush. There was more than enough parking spots. The hotel was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The Lancaster area is a beautiful area to visit and within easy access to the hotel.

Hotel was nice, have stayed here in the past, decent Breakfast, rooms are nice and spacious, Beds are very comfortable and AC works great. pool is a little on the cool side.
