Rooms qere not torpughly cleaned. Lots up dist and dirt in corners, on tables, and under bathroom sink. Sleeper sofa had not been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was kwpt up with. Would not bring more items out that were empty. Tables were never cleaned. Staff were commenting to one another that they did not want to be here this weekend. Multiple youth sports staying this weekend

This property is located conveniently next to the highway and it’s actually really quiet. We like that the room is very large and everything is clean and comfortable!

I stayed overnight at this property for two nights for a Lancaster County vacation and it was conveniently located right off of 283 adjacent to a sheep farm with views of rolling meadows. It was extremely quiet, easy accessible beds were comfortable and very clean. I honestly thought it was a brand new hotel however it is 10 years old but it’s extremely well. Kept everything in the room was fully stocked and working nice size TV. My room was almost 400 ft.² and I stayed for two nights in April 2025 I definitely would return to this hotel, amazing infuse, lemon water and coffee and tea out ice machine on every floor very clean heated pool and the staff was amazing. I did not have the breakfast. Either of the days that I was there. My only complaint would be to maybe extend breakfast hours to 10 AM.

Needs better training.

Overall it wasn’t too bad, except for the fact that the property pictures show a bbq picnic area with grills, which we wanted to take advantage off, since we were going to stay there several days, and wanted to make our own food a few times. We took with us food to grill, and then we couldn’t find the grill anywhere, we ask the attendant on the front desk (Nick), and he was clueless, not only that, he proceeded to ask us, what was outside because he had never been there!!!, 😲really!!!, how do they trained people?, they don’t show them their own property and amenities?, why would you ask us what’s out there?, if you don’t know, please go outside and look, so you can know what your own work offers…😩😖truly disappointing, we waited money on steaks, that by the end of our trip were bad( refrigerators do not have a freezer. And we brought a bunch of unnecessary stuff to cook on the grill thinking it was there… if you don’t have grills, please take down the pictures that show them. Also, we asked in the front desk if someone could go and give us a few more towels and clean up a bit the bathroom ( since we were staying several nights), no one ever came, nor left more towels… please do a better job training people so they know all the things your hotel offers or not.🙁🙁😩 we actually afterwards asked a girl in the cleaning crew about the grills, she came back with an answer. We are still waiting for Nick to answer our question about the grills. Too about about the service.

We enjoyed are stay there and the hotel was beautiful. We would stay there again for sure. Our only complaint we had there was a lot of food left in the mini fridge from the person who had the room before us. And there was a used bar of soap in the shower.

I chose this location because it was in between the events I had going on. It was easy to get to, lots of parking. I liked that the room had a separate seating area which gave the room a bigger feel. My only complaints are the screaming children we heard all night until 2:30am. I couldn’t tell if they were next door or above us. That kept waking us up so not a great night sleep. The other disappointment was breakfast, the cereal wasn’t refilled, yogurts were expired, things were just not available. It might be different another time when the hotel isn’t so busy.

Hotel was nice. My only complaint is the pool was not able to be used either day. We were here for a tournament and were excited for the pool to occupy my younger child. Room was quiet and we were able to sleep well.
