Great room with the 2 queens with a TV separated from a second room with a TV couch, chair & desk. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate available in the lobby 24/7. Will stay hear again in the future.

We had a great stay! The staff was very welcoming at all times. Our suite was clean with lots of room. Breakfast was well-stocked with a nice variety. The pool was lovely - a very large room with mild temp water. Location was excellent.

Our one night stay was exactly what we needed after a long day. I booked Parkview unaware of the type of hotel it really was but I was impressed from the moment I walked in for a late check in. The front desk representative greeted me with a smile and checked me in with ease. Once in the room I was impressed by the size. It was huge! And I appreciate the sink outside of the bathroom. You don’t see those much anymore but I find them convenient. The best part about our stay was how quiet our hall was. This is the first time I have been in a hotel in a long time and I didn’t hear everyone’s conversation outside of the room. Breakfast was arranged nicely and the waffle station was buzzing but moving fast so no real wait times. Overall, I was very impressed and I look forward to staying here again!

Great stay, small changes for excellence

Overall was great! Wish they would have given complimentary bottled water for each day of stay. Only got it on check-in. They said they had water stations but I threw away the bottles before knowing. Had to buy water from the vending machine. Wish there was more of a hot breakfast given that I paid $200/night (the waffle station was great because that is my favorite) just didn’t have hot breakfast meat to go with it.

This room and hotel satisfied my grandmother, which is not an easy thing to do. She loves to visit Lancaster and we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Pleasant and Comfortable Surprise

Very impressed with the welcoming lobby and spacious hallways, and stairway, as soon as we walked in. Room/suite was equally roomy, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were pleasant and knowledgeable of the area. All for a very reasonable price.
