Comfortable and enjoyable stay

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, which made for a smooth experience from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a suite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel overall appeared to be in great condition. Service throughout my stay was very good — staff were helpful, polite, and responsive. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection, though it didn’t quite reach the level of excellent. Still, it was a satisfying start to the day. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

Tanger outlets is right next door. Restaurants are in walking distance. We were about an eight minute drive from the site and sound theater, which was the reason for our stay. I plan on returning to this hotel soon.

Looks are deceiving…

The room had a good start, but then nightfall hit and the aroma of smoke came out of nowhere. Not a wood burn, but a cigarette smell. Then the beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. My family and I woke up with very sore. My wife more than anyone with an extremely sore back. This is a hotel I definitely won’t stay in again.

Property is well cared for and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast has a great variety and is continually well stocked by the most friendly staff. The only thing we could mention as a problem as the extremely strong chemicals in the hot tub and pool almost to the point of giving us chemical burns.
