Wonderful Place to Stay!

This is a hard to beat option. Conveniently located and feels homey - well decorated - clean - and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the temperature control system is excellent. Now - you have what you need but rooms are not not "over amenitized" which is fine because all the bases are covered. There is a mini fridge - no coffee or microwave in rooms but a coffee machine and microwave in the lobby. Especially for the price you can't go wrong. Make yourself at home here; Stop by and sit a spell on the front porch. You will be glad you did:).

It’s a lower budget hotel but perfect for a few nights. We have stayed here a number of times in the past. Good location and most importantly clean!

Met Our Needs

We had a very pleasant stay at the Country Living Inn. The staff was very accommodating and room was clean and comfortable. The environment was friendly and quiet and the location was perfect for so many activities in the area. The room reflected the Amish minimalist nature of Lancaster, was quaint and cozy. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay, the Country Living Inn is a good option!

Beautifully kept exterior. No ramp access. Waited a while for staff member to come to desk from somewhere outside to check in. Old time key access. Room very clean, no dust, clean Linens, no microwave, mini fridge and tv present, but air, on coldest setting, wasn't cold. It was like a cars cold air being one but the ac button not being on. At 11pm, the staff member leaves and you are given a number to call in an emergency. I ate dinner around 930pm and woke up at 630am to ants all over the dresser and trash cans. I've never seen that happen so quickly. I told the staff member during check out. She said okay and made a note of it, but there was no apology or offer for any reimbursement.
