Check in was easy. Staff was so nice. Loxley’s was amazing. Ate at the bar and the waiter (wish I got his name!) was wonderful. While it’s a little dated, the layout is amazing

Under age kids screaming, slamming doors, running up and down the halls. Bumping into elderly people 230am Cops were called for kid screaming and cursing in the hallway. 3, 14-16 yrs old in rooms by themselves as the parents illegally dropped them off and left. Hotel staff did nothing for anyone for hours 230 in the morning

Rooms are old and though clean just in need of updating. My kids and I both woke up in the morning with sore throats. My.son who has dust allergies coughed all night from the dusty old carpet. The bathroom drop ceilings you could see dust and dirt in the seams of the pannels. And when booking the site said nothing about the $16.00 a head breakfast charge for what looked no different than your average hotel free continental breakfast. The rooms are small, bathroom is very small. You'll have your shoulder in the shower curtain sitting on the toilet. I've stayed in much nicer for less money.
