The hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great. I didn’t like that the bathroom fan came on with the light in the bathroom and that there were windows in the bathroom door. It meant that I couldn’t shower until my husband got up otherwise the light And the noise would wake him up. Other than that it was perfect!

I was most impressed with the bathtub, having the proper grab bars and non slip tub was so great! The cleanliness was top notch and staff do pleasant! The free breakfast was fine but I do recommend Rachel’s cafe for awesome crepes!

Absolutely loved tour stay here, the hotel is an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean well stocked. Beautiful. The lobby and hallways were lined with art and other items, 10/10 would recommend a great place to stay

Everything was fantastic!! From start to finish:) great & helpful front desk ck in & out . Amazing room large & spacious. Funky & fedtive great bar & restaurant. Fabulous continental breakfast & I lived the coffee makes in the room . Great water pressure in shower & great body wash etc !! Walking distance to down town too :) will be back !!

I was upgraded to a huge suite on the 5th floor- awesome! Everything from the staff was amazing from the check in to the bartender. My only critique, the bathroom had one switch to turn on every light, and a very loud ventilation fan. For an amazing suite- that was really odd, would help to have that changed to not make EVERYTHING go on with the only switch. Otherwise, stellar.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The rooms and reception area were beautiful and comfortable. We did not care for the breakfast buffet, but there were plenty of fine restaurants for breakfast and other meals within walking distance. We would certainly like to stay at this hotel again when we next visit the area.
