Another lovely stay at this superb B&B. As always, beautiful tasteful and comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast in a bright conservatory room with views of the orchard and surrounding countryside, and excellent friendly service from Claire and Paul. Six stars.

An exceptional B&B that feels more like a luxury hotel. Beautifully maintained with a genuine passion for design. Breakfast was outstanding and our hosts genuinely warm and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Property is open less than one year and furnished to a high standard - loads of lights, a dyson fan and controlable central heating. Owners were super friendly. Minibar was regular prices, which meant I used it!

An absolute gem! Better than many 5* chains. Clare and Paul are so helpful and friendly, the atmosphere relaxing and the room perfect in both facilities and welcoming arrangements. Very stylish B & B set in beautiful countryside

We really enjoyed our stay at Lancaster Barn. The rooms were modern and very comfortable with beautiful views of the garden and countryside beyond. The breakfast was excellent and we would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed two days at this B&B and it was the best place for a truly relaxing time. Wish we had more time to stay there. Clare and Paul are wonderful hosts and the breakfast is excellent. Truly first class accomadations and very up to date. Also very close to Lancaster. You won’t be disappointed with anything here,except that you have to leave.

A truly lovely place in a newly converted barn just a couple of minutes from the m6, making a very convenient stop off on the way from Scotland to the South or vice versa. The room was spacious, very tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with a big bathroom including standalone bathtub and separate powerful shower, and a nespresso machine. The bed was very comfortable and with good quality linen. Breakfast was served in a lovely light filled conservatory with views of the surrounding fields and was excellent with both a good cooked breakfast and buffet of yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruit. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Top dollar!
