The first room we were in, the volume on the TV quit working the second day so we had to change rooms since they could not get the TV working. The first room was OK although the table, chairs and overstuffed chair needed updating. The second room was very poor. Drawers in furniture were falling out, some were missing and there were no doors on the closet. While I was glad to have TV working for weather forecast (calling for snow)the room needed a lot of work.

The room was ok, it needs updating. The parking lot was a disaster, covered in snow and ice. Breakfast was ok, toaster doesn’t work right. Staff was very nice.

The parking was not plowed. When we returned from our event we had to park in the snow. The toilet clogged and I was expected to unclog it. The smell of weed was strong during most of the stay. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the room itself wasn’t bad. Also, the breakfast was good.

Just wasn’t what we’re used to. Very noisy. Sheets weren’t comfortable. Lobby didn’t have much available. Staff was very nice, but definitely below average stay.

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and then went to dinner. Upon return to hotel at approx 8:30pm, there was no hot water to take a shower. I had to walk down to the front desk in my pajamas as the phone on our room did not work. The receptionist actually came up to our room and turned on the water; it was still barely warm. We were told “sorry, we are at full capacity and everyone must be showering at the same time, to wait 30 mins and try again”. We waited and still no hot water. I was told it was being reported to a manager and I would receive a call back. This did not happen. I stopped at the front desk several times before we checked out and again was told “I’m sorry”. While the appreciate the apology, nothing was done to make this right. Basically, the hotel ran out of hot water. We were tired and cold from the snow storm and unable to take a hot shower.
