Was a return customer but will not be back, sadly

If I had to guess, I would expect the bedding had not been changed prior to our arrival. There were visible spots seen on the sheets. The bathroom smelled awful of cigarettes. Parking was awful…very dim lighting and could barely pull around the back of the building due to most all the other customers all parking in the same location. Check in and check out went good. We stayed here 5 years ago and it was not bad like this time. I will never return to this motel!

Very old but safe, no bugs, no smell

It was old, scuffed walls etc & the towels were paper thin, worn, thin blanket. It's a very basic old motel. *But no bugs, no weird smells, easy check-in, very safe area. It did have easy parking, a refrigerator & microwave. It is very convenient. Budget friendly.

Our room was clean, the bed a little too high. They only gave us two towels and two wash cloths, and no soap for a two day stay. The room needs a table and two comfortable chairs. Other than that everything else was fine. Everyone we met helpful.

Good place to stay for visit to Sight and Sound

This is the perfect place to stay if you are going to Sight and Sound! It is very close to the theater. While it's not the Ritz-Carlton, this little place is clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Won't ever stay here again.

This place needs cleaning up and updating. Only 2 bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths which were thin. No place to hang hand towels. No lighted sign at night, without GPS you would not have known where to turn in to hotel. Ice machine was awful. Ice melted and re-froze into large chunks. Even though there were scoops to use for ice it was highly unsanitary. I don't know how they get away with this. There isn't a table in room. Stains on the sheets and the tub mat looked like it was used for wiping your feet on. Outlets on lamp were so lose that the plugs would fall out. No let the picture of office fool you, the place smelled musty.

The floor in the room was so dirty. But the worst was that the bed sheets were not washed, they were stinking.

Beds were comfortable and that is it. No amenities. Coffee only in lobby a sits all day. Lobby area very dirty around tables. Woman who checked us in was listening to an audio loudly and never paused it to serve us. Great location.

They required a$175. Credit card to check in. Even though paid in full with no reimbursement. They have you! I would have left and gone across the street to another motel but they would keep my money. This is not right, I would never recommend them to anyone. My room was overlooking a construction dump in the back of the motel, where workers for construction live. Never again! This is not what they advertise!
