The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean as well. The amenities were so nice, the gym is 24 hours which is great, along w breakfast being included w your booking. Something that really just sold my whole experience was the automatic self serve pancake machine at breakfast. Very cool.

Property was pet friendly but when checking out, I was scolded by the receptionist because I brought the pet card down with me, as I was not instructed to leave it on the door for housekeeping. Breakfast looked delightful but nothing to eat for those with food allergies

Breakfast menu was very limited and no staff around to ask. Also - when snow falls - no one cleaned the pavements/walkabouts around hotel, so it was dangerously slippery. And the pool was so dirty that I can actually see the sand on the bottom of the pool and dirty leafs around the door/exit. And on Dec. 26 - there was no one at the front desk so I have to yelled and wait for about 10-15 min. Awful. Where is the Hilton standards?

The hotel shows some wear and tear but is basically in good shape. The biggest disappointment was that the shower had black lines along he bottom which looked like black mold. The room was clean, spacious, but lacking is seating for two persons. Had only one armless chair. Also, the main lights are hanging down from the ceiling and shine directly into your eyes if you are trying to read in bed.
