Booked a King Bed and when I got there they said there were no King Beds available. My confirmation showed I reserved a King Bed but the desk clerk said because I booked it through Hotels.com they didn’t have to reserve a King Bed for me. Was forced to stay in room with 2 Queen beds.

Hotel was fantastic third-party check in difficult

Hands-down, great service! Isaac was polite and funny. Checking in ahead of time using Hotels.com was not easy. I wish that they would make it easier for third-party bookings to check in online. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic.

We found places around the bathroom door and the shower where the wallpaper was peeling. Otherwise we seriously expect to return should we return to the area.

There are so many restaurants nearby and convenient for shopping. One thing is not desk for working in the room, however, there’s a flexible desk available, it’s fine for me.

Everything was clean the only thing I didn't like was that we were in a room with a walk in shower but the water came out of the shower and rolled down the side of the wall. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay

The hotel was nice enough but the lobby was pretty messy when we arrived and when we hung out there in the evening. The tables had stuff all over them and needed to be wiped down. It was also pretty loud. The pool was nice and warm though.
