With its Panoramic Views and relaxed coastal vibe this home will instantly switch you into holiday mode the moment you walk through the door. Wake up every morning to ocean views from almost every room in the home and fall asleep at night listening to the calming sounds of waves lapping the shores.
If it’s a quick dip, you are after or a day of fun on the water this is all available only meters away. With its large open plan living area upstairs, which flows out onto a massive wrap around deck and alfresco area. Perfect for those family barbecues and entertaining. Sit back and enjoy the sun come up over Lancelin's famous sand dunes or put your feet up after a day of adventures and wind down with your favourite beverage while watching the sunset over the bay. You may even get to witness the local Osprey do a fly by or two.
Upstairs consists of a large living / dining / kitchen area, master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen and separate bathroom.
Downstairs consists of 2 more bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed and the other with 3 x bunk beds. There is also another separate family room for the kids to hang, bathroom, toilet, and laundry.
Reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs in living areas provides easy and efficient climate control.
Pedestal fans in downstairs bedrooms and ceiling fans in bedrooms upstairs, no air conditioning in bedrooms.
WIFI
Return from your day of adventures and wash all off the sand at the outdoor shower.
Backyard is fully enclosed.
Pets considered on request with owners approval -Pet bond $500 applicable. (Outside only)
