Summary:

Enjoy a warm and perfectly equipped house, just a stone's throw from the Aber Wrac'h harbour, ideal for family or friends' holidays, with a closed garden and terrace and which is classified as a 4-star holiday let.



The Space:

Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the spacious, bright living area, opening onto the terrace. The house features a delightful fully equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room. Make yourself comfortable in the lounge to read a book provided or enjoy the television.

You can share delicious meals with family or friends, by the stove in winter or on the terrace in summer, with direct access to a lovely, fully enclosed wooded garden.



You will also find a separate toilet on the ground floor as well as the master suite: a beautiful bedroom equipped with a 160 bed and an adjoining bathroom with a very nice shower, a washbasin and a toilet.



Upstairs you access the 2 other bedrooms in the house. One is equipped with a double bed in 140, the second is equipped with twin beds (2 beds of 80x200) as well as 2 single beds. This room is particularly ideal for children! On this floor you will also find a separate toilet and a very beautiful bathroom with shower and washbasin.



This house is also equipped with a garage with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This garage can also allow you to store bicycles, paddles, kayaks, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing equipment...



The house is ideally located 300m from the port of Aber Wrac'h. You can thus easily access it on foot.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

De très belles vacances en famille !

Nous avons apprécié la maison, son espace et son emplacement. Nous remercions Sébastien pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Afin d'améliorer le confort, nous pensons qu'il faudrait ajouter des couverts, une planche à découper ainsi qu'une nappe sur la grande table du salon-séjour. Le lit de la chambre 2 personnes de l'étage nécessite également un peu plus de confort.
