After experiencing world-class mountain biking, climbing, or hiking, return to this completely remodelled home and wind down in just over 2,000 square feet of fresh, inviting living space. Warm your toes with either pellet fireplaces in the kitchen and living room in the main home or at the gas stove as you lounge in the second living room. There are beautiful views out of the picture windows in both units overlooking the mountains, plus Roku TVs, and if you have little ones, a Pack' N Play, a high chair, and a baby gate are available for just some of the amenities awaiting you.



Your daily activities will surely work up your appetite - thankfully, cooking will be easy with two fully equipped kitchens. Enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining room table with room enough for six in the first kitchen or the four-person bar in the second.



Evenings call for sipping drinks in the fresh mountain air or soaking in the saltwater hot tub. Revel in nature's beauty as the sun sets over the foothills and continue lounging outdoors as it grows darker to end the day stargazing with your loved ones!



At the back of the home, you'll find an aspen grove and a creek flowing through. The property also includes a shed where you can store biking, climbing, or other outdoor gear!

◆ Be Aware that the homes do not connect inside and must be accessed from the outside.

◆ Guests will have access to both homes (1 and 2), two driveways, a shed, and the hot tub.

◆ Parking: Two driveways are available with room for three vehicles in each driveway. Six vehicles maximum. Absolutely no parking is allowed on the rural country road in front of the home. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed.

◆ 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.

◆ We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this home. The owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a no-pet policy in place. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be provided.
