Apartment “Monninger” close to Lake Constance with Wi-Fi, Balcony & Garden

Situated in the lakeside town of Langenargen, only a short walk from the beach, the well-furnished apartment “Monninger” offers you everything for relaxing holidays on the beautiful Lake Constance. The 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with mosquito screens (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). From the living room, you have access to the balcony, where you can start the day with breakfast next to flowers and with nice views over the meadows. The garden, which is shared with the homeowners, boasts sunbeds for you to relax as well as a little playground area for children. You can find supermarkets and a bakery 300 m or a 4-minute walk away, and a pharmacy is only 650 m or an 8-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants with lovely views of the lake can be found after an 8-minute walk (650 m), and many more cafés and restaurants, as well as beaches and the ferry terminal, can be reached within a 10-minute walk (800 m) along the shore. The closest beach, Strandbad Langenargen, can be reached after a 21-minute walk or 1.7 km. There you can take refreshing swims in the clear blue water with a wonderful mountain panorama. The pretty lakeside city of Friedrichshafen is a 14-minute drive (11 km) from Langenargen and invites you to stroll about its many promenades and visit the Zeppelin museum. You can also get to the city in 8 minutes by train, after a 4-minute walk (270 m) to the station. After a 22-minute train journey or 28 minutes by car (20 km), you can visit the island Lindau with its charming old town centre and narrow streets, and the beautiful town of Bregenz in Austria, a 30-minute drive (32 km) away, is well-known for its many cultural offerings and wonderful scenery. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 25-minute drive (27 km) away, near Bregenz.
