The comfortably furnished apartment "OG5" in the "Gästehaus Heinemann" is centrally located in Langenargen, a small charming village on Lake Constance between Friedrichshafen and Lindau directly on the lake. The 73 m² large apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one of them with a bunk bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet and thus offers space for up to 4 persons. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a CD player and underfloor heating and cooling. Baby cot, high chair or fall out protection can be provided on request.
Start the day with coffee and breakfast on the south-east balcony with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains.
The communal outdoor area has a large garden with private lake access where you can spend the evenings with a glass of wine and delicious dinner from the barbecue. There are also plenty of deckchairs, chairs and tables available on the beach.
The guest house offers a playground and playground equipment for children. For rainy days there is a hobby room with fitness equipment, billiards and table tennis.
The nearest organic market is 450 m or 5 minutes walking distance, supermarkets are 650 m or 9 minutes walking distance, and a bakery is only 400 m or 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. A restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake is only a 3 minute walk (220 m) away, and many other cafes and restaurants as well as beaches and the ferry pier are within 8 minutes walk (700 m) along the shore. The pretty lakeside town of Friedrichshafen is 16 minutes (11.5 km) by car from Langenargen and with its many promenades invites you to stroll around and visit the Zeppelin Museum. You can also reach the city in 8 minutes by train, after a 10-minute walk (800 m) to the train station. After a 22-minute train ride or 15 minutes by car (13 km) you can visit the island of Lindau with its charming old town centre and narrow streets. The beautiful city of Bregenz in Austria, which is 32 minutes by car (33 km) away, is known for its diverse cultural offerings and beautiful landscape. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling trails through picturesque landscapes and along the lake shore. In winter you can even ski within a radius of 30 minutes by car (30 km) or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss border.
Parking spaces are available on the property, as well as a bicycle room.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
