Terrible hotel don't wish to remember staying here

Location: The location is a bit far away from Cenang a good 20 min walk, nothing to do at night other than duty free shopping which is not cheap!
The room was very dark, the bathroom was very dated and the shower cubicle was tiny. Couldn't move in the shower to wash as when you moved you kept knocking the shower and turning it off or altering the temperature (and I am only small)!! When it rained, the room had a serious leak and the ceiling was bubbling and cracking in various places. Told the staff they did move us, but didn't seem bothered. Due to personal reasons we had to leave the hotel 3 days early and the hotel refused to provide any sort of refund. This hotel is linked to the more expensive hotel, although I cannot comment on the rooms of that hotel, it was overall terrible!

Hyvä hotelli lähellä rantaa

Pros: Sijainti, rauhallisuus, hyvä aamiainen, hyvä palvelu, ilmainen turvakaappi huoneessa joka toimi hyvin.
Location: Lähimmälle keskustakadulle oli matkaa noin kilometri. Vajaan km päässä katu muuttuu yksisuuntaiseksi. Under Waterworld. Taksi kiertää 5 km.
Kaikki toimi. Sijainti oli vähän syrjässä ja siten rauhallinen. Huoneessamme oli kokolattiamatto mistä itse en niin pidä. Suihkusta sai aina lämmintä vettä ja siivous kävi todella päivittäin niinkuin asiasta ilmoitetaan. Lähempänä merta olevalle altaalle mennessämme henkilökunta ei päästänyt meitä sinne. Emme ymmärtäneet. Olimme muutamia välipäiviä viereisellä hotellin altaalla (joita siis oli kaksi) mikä oli myös iso ja hyvä sekin. Aamiainen oli loistava. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä.
