Beautiful apartment just renovated Beachfront of 28m2. Located on the first floor of a beautiful residence, with entry into the premises thanks to our secure key box.
Consisting of an entrance, a kitchen (with multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, a Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...) a living room with a sofa bed a table with 4 chairs and a TV, bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer, WC and a bedroom with new bedding 140x190 cm and 2 large storage columns.

Access to the beach at 20m, Casino and Thalasso Luc sur Mer 300m, all shops nearby (supermarket, bakery, butcher, ...) Hypermarket 5kms.

20 minutes from downtown Caen and the Memorial Caen. Near the landing beaches (Ouistreham, Courseulles sur Mer, Arromanches baths, ...) 1h30 from Mont Saint Michel.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment is very well maintained and in a great location for the Normandy beaches. The owner Julie is great with communication and instructions. The immediate area is very quiet but that suited us as we were out visiting the D-Day sights all day every day. We just used the apartment to sleep. We had a great stay. Thank you Julie.

We have an excellent stay . Gave 4 stars as there were lots of ants in bathroom and the walls in entry way. Probably seasonal problem as there were ant traps out. But we will recommend property and stay again when we return. Thank you Julie

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjours, malgré une première nuit bruyante du au voisin qui respecte pas les heures de bruit (soucis réglé le lendemain). L'appartement est top, lumineux et fonctionnel. La ville est agréable avec des petits concerts le soir et de bon restaurant avec vu sur mer.Nous avons passé de belles vacances.

appartement pas vue mer

L'appartement correspondait " presque " à nos attentes car la VUE MER annoncée n'était visible que du fond du couloir. Dans l'annonce, il était prévu les serviettes de toilette, manquantes.Ce problème a été très vite solutionné par notre hôte qui s'est empressée de nous en procurer. Une hôte tout à fait charmante, d'ailleurs.

Séjour de Quatre jours pour Noël

Studio très jolie, mais apparemment. Canapé trop usée, draps mise en boulle pas plié ni arrange, pas des serviettes de bain..( la Propietaire dis que ils on pas sur l annonce) se pas vrai.. ils onts bien indiqués sur l annonce….lumière des escaliers pour accéder au studio…ne marche pas jusqu’au départ…mes enfants doit monter avec mon téléphone…en bref TRÈS TREs DÉÇU……….

Découverte de la normandie

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons pu découvrir quelques merveilles de la côte normande qui est superbe.et moi qui est fan de couché de soleil en bord de mer j’ai pu en découvrir un chaque soir le premier restera gravé à jamais dans ma mémoire les couleurs était magnifiques. Je recommande vivement.

Parfait endroit pour un séjour étape de 2 jour. Espace largement suffisant pour deux. Propreté au top, literie excellente. Très bonnes explications pour l’accès à l’appartement. Petit plus pour les dépliant mis à disposition. Petit bémol, une wifi serait bien.

Joli petit appartement pour 2

Propre, bien rénové, bien équipé et très bien placé par rapport à la plage et aux plage du débarquement. Hôte très réactive. Cependant le canapé, plutôt confortable en canapé, n'est pas du tout confortable en lit. Il serait, je pense, impossible de dormir correctement à 2 dedans. Notre ado a eu du mal à y trouver une place. La literie de la chambre est par contre très confortable et de bonne qualité.

Un séjour agréable, sans avoir à utiliser la voiture pour se rendre à la plage, de plus le temps était exceptionnel ! La location est bien placée, on peut tout faire à pied.

Apparemment idéalement situé en bordure de mer, emplacement idéal pour marcher de Luc sur Mer à Courseulles sur Mer tout en longeant la plage. Point de départ parfait pour faire les plages du Débarquement. Bien équipé pour séjour à 2.

dommage qu on n est pas l hote pour avoir plus d informations; on avait pas vue sur la mer mais sur un depotoire en rez de chaussee,dommage, batiment pas tres bien entretenu,on avait des fenetres qui ne fermaient pas;on ne retournera pas dans ce secteur
