Prix exhorbitant pour un bien mal entretenu

Lors de notre arrivĂ©e nous avoous Ă©tĂ© accueill par la fort sympatique dame de la conciergerie, Nous avons malheureusement rapidement dĂ©chantĂ© en constatnt l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral de la location :- moisissures autour de la baignoire ;- tĂąches au sol dans la salle de bain;- amploules manquantes ou non fonctionnelles dans divers endroits de la maison;- Ă©lectricitĂ© non conforme dans la salle de bains ;- moisissures dans divers endroits Ă  l’étage (et l’odeur qui va avec) ;- pelouse non tondue ;- excrĂ©ments prĂšs de la porte de la terrasse ;- connexion Netflix inopĂ©rationnelle contrairement Ă  ce qui Ă©tait annoncé ;- casseroles non compatibles avec les taques Ă  induction ;- denrĂ©es pĂ©rimĂ©es dans les armoires.-alĂšses pas propre (taches, poils et cheveux)Nous sommes donc assez déçu vu le prix demandĂ©. Nous nous attendions Ă  qqch de plus entretenu.D'autre part un montant de 90 euro nous a Ă©tĂ© demandĂ© pour le nettoyage . ce montatnt comprenait un supplĂ©ment pur notre chien. Ă  peine rentrĂ©s chez nous on nous facture arbitrairement 176 euro pour un bras de fauteuil soit disant abimĂ© (vu la vĂ©tustĂ© et l'Ă©tat du bien, j'Ă©met un rĂ©serve) et onnous facture le nettoyage de deux plaids servant Ă  protĂ©ger les fauteuil.

Idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite trÚs bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerces.La maison est trÚs bien rénovée et bien équipée notamment une literie neuve.L'accueil par la conciergerie a été trÚs cordiale et efficace. (Action immédiate pour régler un problÚme de chaudiÚre résolu dans l'heure qui a suivi)Nous avons fait de longues balades sur la plage et profité des nombreuses visites possibles dans la région.Nous conseillons vivement ce gite.

Nous avons été heureux de redécouvrir avec nos petits enfants les plages du débarquement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Caprice Normand à Langrune sur mer, petite ville de bord de mer tranquille et agréable.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans cette maison, merci Ă  Isabelle pour l'accueil et Ă  la rĂ©activitĂ© des propriĂ©taires. Je recommande ce lieu pour un sĂ©jour en famille, mon fils de 5 ans s'est bien amusĂ© (plage, pĂȘche aux crabes, vĂ©lo, foot, etc...).
