The equipment of the Steinbach See Lodges is almost unique for a holiday home in Germany: sauna, whirlpool, library, 2 balconies (including a 43m² balcony), Canadian stove with 7m natural stone fireplace, underground parking, top-equipped kitchen with island cooktop, high-quality furniture, table tennis and much more are just a few highlights you can experience in the Steinbach See Lodges.

With the equipment, the construction method and the equipment of the Steinbach lake lodges great value was placed on light-filled rooms and a pleasant room layout. It was also ensured that you have lake view from the terrace. Incidentally, both lodges are almost identical and of the same high quality.
The 2.5-storey lodges are located on a plot of approx. 3000 m² and are made of spruce wood that originates directly from the Hunsrück. On 110 m² living space (excl. Balcony and garage) are two bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a large open plan living-dining-kitchen area and a library. The lodges also have a small balcony in the attic and on the ground floor there is a large balcony with a hotspring premium hot tub. This is equipped with hydro-massage nozzles and a modern lighting system.
Both lodges are equipped with heat pump heating. In the cold season, the fireplace in the living room can be used as an additional heat source.

The two bedrooms are located in the attic. The beds are equipped with high-quality, back-friendly boxspring mattresses, which are covered with a hygienic mattress cover. All beds are made up with fresh linen upon arrival. In one of the bedrooms there is also a permanent safe for your valuables, you can choose the code yourself. As additional sleeping space, the couch can be used in the library, in the sofa bed is a full mattress. Each lodge also has a travel cot and a high chair.
In the basement there is a garage. Next to it is an open but covered carport.

The journey takes place as well as the departure in agreement with you (we ask that the arrival only from 15 o'clock and departure until 10 o'clock takes place). Of course you can also arrive one day later by arrangement or leave the house one day earlier - but the prices do not change in such a case.

Water, electricity and firewood
The rental price includes the use of firewood as well as water (carbonated Steinbachsee water) and electricity.

The prices are based on an occupancy of max. 4 people, the price for each additional adult is 15 € / day (maximum occupancy 6 people). For babies there is also a cot available.

The flat rate for the final cleaning is, regardless of the length of the stay, 130, - €. We are also happy to offer you an intermediate cleaning. From a booking of 1.5 weeks, this is even free.

This chalet offers its guests a hot tub and a sauna. A terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at this chalet.
