Room was clean except behind some of the furniture- the only reason I saw was because a lamp wouldn’t turn on and I was checking to see if it was plugged in but turned out it didn’t have a bulb. Had a hard time figuring timelines for things, even on the website didn’t show specific information, otherwise, overall it was easy and nice.

The first room had stink bugs in it. They did change the room, but the sheets on the bed had hair on it. The carpets in the hallway are gross, inside the rooms are ok. Rooms are dark & dingy! I’m shocked how people are giving it “excellent” rating, prob their standards are pretty low & maybe that’s how their houses are. I was supposed to stay there for 3 nights but was able to check out after the first night. Will NEVER stay here again. Although the manager was kind enough to reimburse me half the amount for the one night.

Hotel itself was OK. Room was a little musty. Unfortunately, there were other guests who are very loud in the hallway. I’m not sure if anyone complained, but it was 1 AM in the morning and there were people talking during about and young children there as well. Was was woken up at 6:15 AM with people being loud in the pool. Pool was not open at that time, but they were a group of rowdy guests that went to the protest, and slammed on the bell to get the attendance attention and requested that he opened the pool for them, and he did. Acoustics are not good. It was loud
