Be aware that we stayed in room 202 on Saturday February 7th and I noticed when we were leaving I had a couple itchy red spots on my neck and as the day went on and into this morning I have itchy red bumps In the classic bed bug line. They are now on my legs arms neck and face. This is unacceptable for them to be that bad in the room. My daughter that shared the bed with me has a few bites too. They need to do something about this

Check in person sent us to the wrong room twice and argued about what we paid for even though they were shown our reservation on Expedia. Room was very dated - brown frayed carpet and couch. At least the bed was comfortable.

I did not stay. I ended up leaving and getting another room somewhere else. The pillows were throw pillows on the bed. There was multiple dogs in the room next door whining and barking. It was a terrible experience and i am still waiting to here back on my refund after waiting on hold for an hour + last night for the Hotel.com customer support. It was an all around terrible experience.

They could let adults in the Jacuzzi all night because the kids are annoying. The cards stopped working before 11 o'clock so if you're gathering your things around 10 AM, you're gonna lock yourself out of the room and need to go to the front desk to bug the guy. I didn't have the breakfast I skipped, but the other comfort inn, in okeomis has good breakfast, however, they don't have a pool, the west side of Lansing is the place with the pool. Windowsills were dirty. It was overall mid but ok for price.

The hotel seemed nice and clean when we arrived. I originally had booked a handicap room by mistake, so they changed us to a non-handicap room. This room never should have been rented. The bathroom looked like it once was a crime scene. There was, what looked like, dried blood on the bathroom wallpaper. The towel bar was ripped out of the wall. The holes were still there but no towel bar. The carpet in front of the TV had a horrible stain. I think they need to redo this room before they rent it out again.
