I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. I live in town and passed by it numerous times. We decided to stay here because it was walking distance to all of the restaurants we wanted to go to on NYE and didn't want to have to worry about parking. This hotel had a large parking lot. Super convenient if you are in the area and don't want to deal with driving around and finding parking space. And it's located walking distance to so many restaurants!

The guy at the front desk was yelling at me down the hallway saying he will ban me and he will throw me out he was very prejudice and disrespectful I have never seen anything like that before it was my first visit and last. I also will be going on social media platform exposing him and the treatment Marriott gives their members contacted corporate no response and also customer service I will not be booking anymore hotels with Marriott and I will start a petition for others to join and boycott Marriott

Sheets were dirty, food was terrible, service was below average. They didn’t really seem to want to be at work/complaining about having customers at 8:30p. My salad was missing items, which I was never made aware of because I would’ve opted not to have it. Karisah at the front desk was courteous and caring about it. The morning bar service lady’s energy came off as rude and unpleasant. This was not my ideal stay and this hotel is fairly new.
