Creekside Rural Retreat in Beautiful Ashe County

Creekside rural retreat with comfortable, vintage vibes for the whole family. Sleeps up to 8, and lots of room to roam on the 22 acres of property. Located in Lansing, NC--a small town with all the amenities you could want.
The space
We have three bedrooms and one bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. There is laundry access in the garage.

There is a beautiful creek that runs the length of the property. A wooden bridge spans the creek and it is the only access to the house.

The house was built in the 60s and has not been updated significantly. While it sleeps 8, it may be difficult for 8 people to share one bathroom and eat at one table.
Guest access
Guests have the entire house, the front and back yard, the outdoor veranda, the field to the right of the house (facing the creek) and the creek. The creek can be slippery and shoes should always be worn when wading. Guests enter the creek at their own risk. Children should NEVER be left unattended.
Other things to note
There is limited cell phone signal here so you will need to make sure you enable WiFi calling on your phone. We have good Internet but please let friends/family/work know that they will have to contact you via wifi-friendly methods.
