The rooms were new and fresh and clean and staff top notch. Beds comfy. Parking plentiful. Loved the welcome with cookies to welcome Michigan State University grads and families. All around great! And saved us when we had to cancel our three rooms for family at the Red Roof Inn in Lansing - dirty, cigarette smokers running desk, trailer of cats in the pothole parking lot, place in complete disrepair. Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet breakfast. A coffee bar in the lobby would have been nice, but will book here again for sure.

GORGEOUS rooms, dining, and lobby areas. The restaurant (Kindred) was the best meal I've had in years. Every member of staff we interacted with was so wonderful and friendly. I will never stay anywhere else in Lansing when we visit now, this place was absolutely perfect!
