The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had an attachment that could be used for massage. Coffee in the room was good, as were the check in cookies! I felt pampered!

The front desk staff in the airport shuttle driver was great. The valet guys stood and watched me struggle with my luggage and didn’t offer a word or hand of support. When I went to open the nightstand drawer, the handle and wooden face of the drawer came off in my hand and fell to the floor narrowly missing my barefoot. The toilet paper kept pulling right off the roll and falling to the floor as well. When I reported these to the front desk, I was told that I may be charged for the damages. I was staying in a mobility room because I have moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis and little to no strength than my hands so there’s no way I could’ve caused any of the damage. It did not feel good to be as much as accused of doing so. I didn’t need to report the damages, itjust felt like the right thing to do. The bed was very comfortable though, and I appreciated the ride to the airport and help with my luggage by the shuttle driver.

Paid for a king room and they put us in two queen bed room. If we weren’t running late we would have complained at the front desk. We stayed here a few months ago and the same thing happened. Won’t stay again.

What I did enjoy is that it was close enough to Michigan State University what I did not like directly across the street there is a lot of peddling activity people that seem to look homeless. were out congregating in the middle of the night that next morning staff seem to pick who they want to charge for complementary breakfast And when I inquired about it, I was told if I just go get the coupon for breakfast at customer service which I did and later saw a $25 charge on my card after it also seemed to have water damage in the bathroom in the ceiling which look kind of moldy and nasty. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel lobby was very clean. I loved how e were given the warm cookies upon check in. The only thing I didn’t like is that our hotel rooms didn’t have water when we arrived. We had to go to the lobby to get it everytime. They said they were out of water due to them being so busy.
