Staff was great, rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great! Trash was always in the parking lot and no cigarette butt ash trays, stop smoking in front of building, looks bad. But pool was great, it was quite and bed was comfy and tv had lots of channels. 4 and half stars and enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The beds were not very comfortable. We were there for 2 nights. The only thing they did when they came in to clean. Um, let's make the bed. They didn't offer any clean towels. They didn't replenish coffee. Um, there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and had been so for a while. Cause the door swelled, so it don't, it wouldn't shut There was a gap underneath the door about 2 inches or more? So we were right by the pool. It was, it was noisy. We just did not have a good stay. The girl working behind the desk was very nice, though.

The property is ok and acceptable for a nights stay when needed and convenient for your needs. It is not a place I would highly recommend.

The pictures provided do not reflect the property. It is in need of a renovation. They staff though pleasant are not helpful rooms. Water stains on the ceilings warn carpets. Not at all like the pictures

Travelled with our children, woke up to a pile of clothes and trash and drinks outside our room like someone had been sleeping in the hall way outside of our room and the staff didn’t seem to Care very much.

Will not stay again at any Quality Inn.

Hotel is old and run down. Amenities like shampoo and conditioner in shower was empty on arrival and never refilled with each days Room cleaning. Tv in room only had 6 channels that worked took a full day to correct this after informing them of the inconvenience. Offered us a different room so we packed up and moved for the last 12 hours of our stay. The owners need to invest in their business.

I think this place is Shady . Staff unprofessional, Overcharged, ripp off. Horrible experience, with their billing practices. If I could leave minus stars as a review, I would. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years because I have family in Lansing ! I noticed it’s under new management based off of the staff the other owners staff were verbal and friendly just made you feel welcome ! I was just there weekend before last and I’m spending this weekend there but I’m sorry I’m going to give another hotel a try !
