Stayed 3 nights, the first day we noticed that the phone in the room didn't work so we brought it to their attention and they said that they would fix it but never did, the second day we had to ask a cleaning lady for soap for our room... the elevator made a lot of noise and jurked, made us nervous... the staff was very friendly...

Bathroom door got stuck and tore skin off my toes also showerhead came right off and water everywhere. One bed you couldn't sleep on. Very lumpy and easy to fall off. Staff didn't know when management is coming in. Also didn't know time of breakfast. Fruitflies everywhere..Bad experiences.Thank you

Property is located in downtown Owosso...a very well maintained and enjoyably walkable...attached bar/restaurant was nice...attended a concert almost next door at Lebowski Center...great venue.. .cafe at airport worth your consideration

Toilets suck to low to ground for person of average height. Im 5’10 felt like i was sitting on the floor. Only other issue was the folks down the hall smoking there pot. Which filled the hallway.
