Incredible vacation House

This house is perfect for that vacation relaxing time, the owner took care of every detail in the house, really open and has different areas that you can enjoy. We found a warm home for our family vacation. The owner was very attended with all ours inquiries, we definitely will come back.

Nice pick

We were impressed overall. The place was big and the beds were decently comfy. However, the pool could've used a good cleaning, and we noticed some hair around the house that needed to be tidied up. On the plus side, all the appliances were provided, making our stay really convenient. Couldn’t get the coffee maker to work, but they provided everything for the machine. With a bit more attention to detail, this place would be absolutely fantastic.

We were a group of 4 adults who traveled to Florida for a weekend event with a full itinerary. We needed the home to shower, get ready, and sleep. We checked-in late Friday night (11:30pm) after a long day of traveling and attending an evening event. To our dismay, we were unable to shower Friday night due to the property having no hot water. I waited until 7:45am Saturday to contact the host (trying to courteous) with this issue. He responded within a few minutes stating the hot water tank (in a locked closet) may have not been turned on and he would send someone to take care of it. After multiple messages and being assured the hot water would be resolved by 9:30am. no one arrived. I notified the host we had to leave the house by 10am for the main even and was assured someone would fix the problem while we were out. We returned a 11pm hoping to shower and sleep before we need to depart a 5am to catch our return flights. STILL NO HOT WATER! I immediately contacted to host, only to get the same response that it would be resolved shortly. I then received the blanket computer generated email regarding the checking out process and asking for a 5-star review. Looking back, I think all of the responses were AI generated to placate us, with actually no attempts being made to resolve our issue.
