The complex has 2 pools , 2 hot tubs , sauna, gym, billiard room , business center and clubhouse . There is 24 hour security , valet parking and cafe on site., 1 garage parking space. Walking distance (30 minute walk) to restaurants. Beaches , Shopping , restaurants and world class spa are minutes away. Condo association must do a background check $100 processing fee per married couple.
