Perfect House in Perfect Location

Our stay started with a very warm welcome and a very detailed tour through the house. This was an excellent start of our holiday. The house and also garden was very well furnished. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and everything was in a good shape. The house is very close to the beach and we enjoyed our walkes and tours. The communication and reaction time from Julia and Éric as well as from the housekeeper Gérard was amazing. We will definetly come back. Thanks a lot!

Superbe maison et très endroit !

Nous avons passé de beaux moments avec nos enfants dans cette agréable maison. Le bassin est à quelques pas et nous a offert de belles heures de jeux dans le sable ! Bel accueil et propriétaires à l’écoute.

Séjour au top

La maison est idéalement située au cœur du bassin d’Arcachon. Elle est conçue pour deux familles de 4 sans aucune gêne. Nous avons pu profiter de faire tout à vélo et même faire un aller-retour dans la journée tranquille jusqu’au Cap Ferret. Nous avons pu faire du paddle très souvent à marée haute, la plage étant à 200m au bout de la rue. Les couchers de soleil étaient également au rdv et à portée de main. Le coin est calme et appréciable, à 30 minutes d’Arcachon pour les sorties ou de l’océan avec des plages magnifiques. On a tous été enchantés par notre séjour, les propriétaires sont présents par téléphone en cas de besoin et un concierge est sur place, très à l’écoute et disponible. Un grand merci !!

Ns avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette villa. Rénovation au top. Tout y est, il ne manque rien, cuisine bien équipée c'est très appréciable..On s'est senti de suite bien. Bien que proche d'un axe passant il n y a pas de bruit, c'est assez calme. Ls 3 chambres st spacieuses. Ns etions 5 personnes 3 adultes et 2 ados. Ayant avec ns une personne à mobilité un peu réduite, c'était assez aisé tout étant de plain pied juste une petite marche pr accès a la terrasse. La terrasse est très agréable et ombragée. Belle location où ns reviendrons sans hésitation un peu + longtemps.Taussat est trs plaisant commerce à proximite et une bel environnement avec le beau temps en +. J'ajouterais l'accueil sympathique de la personne..A recommander. Famille K...
