Les Pins - Lanton - Gîte

Gîte les Pins is nestled in a 1.2-hectare wooded park in the heart of Domaine du Potager de Lanton, our organic vegetable farm, located in the forest just ten minutes from Cassy-les-Bains beach and 25 minutes from the ocean beaches. It offers absolute peace and quiet, yet close to the lively seaside towns of the Arcachon Bay. The gîte, (accessible for people with reduced mobility), can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a kitchen, dining area and living room, two terraces, one of which is covered, a bedroom with two 80x200cm twin beds (which can be separated if necessary), a disabled-accessible bathroom adjoining the bedroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet), a bedroom with a 90x200cm triple bunk bed, a bathroom (shower, two sinks), and a separate toilet. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included in the price. Les Pins is part of a complex that includes a second gîte (Gîte le Chêne G2188, not overlooked). Electric heating is included. Heated swimming pool shared by both gîtes, open from May 1st to October 30th. Electric car: Charging at a wallbox next to the barn, 50m from the gîte. €5 to €15 per charge, depending on the duration. Upon request, one of the beds in the wheelchair-accessible room can be removed to allow for the installation of a medical bed (not provided). The Domaine du Potager de Lanton includes market gardening fields, a blueberry field, a sales point for our vegetables, honey, and cheeses from our partners, a horse boarding facility, beehives, and a mini goat farm. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating
