Villa on the Port of Taussat with swimming pool

Just 400 metres from Mauret beach and a stone's throw from Taussat port, this large villa is ideally situated to make the most of the Arcachon basin. The neighbourhood is quiet and everything is within walking distance: strolls to the market, oyster tasting at the oyster port, local shops (fishmonger, greengrocer, bistro…). The setting is perfect for a rejuvenating stay, with swimming, cycling trips and relaxing in the shade of the pine trees.

You can enjoy an enormous 15-metre swimming pool for your lengths as well as a plancha for your summer meals, and a large wooden hammock to relax in the sun. A warm place, designed for family or friends' holidays, combining relaxation and conviviality, ideal for nine people.



This 1980s villa welcomes you with a first living room space with a television, sofas and a fireplace (decorative). Just behind, you will find a dining table and a small office space if you wish to work remotely. The independent kitchen, with gas, is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso Krups coffee maker and kettle.

On the upper floor, you will find a second living room with a table football and access to the balcony. You will find a total of four bedrooms: two of them with a double bed (140/190), the third with a double bed (140/190) plus a single bed (90/190), and the last one with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will also find two bathrooms as well as a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer. A washing machine and an iron are available if needed.



For the outdoor areas, you will enjoy a large garden of over 1000 m² with a terrace for outdoor dining, as well as a table tennis table for those who enjoy playing. The private pool is unheated and is open from 15 May to 30 September.

For parking, you have four private spaces in the outdoor car park.



You will not be alone... Perhaps you will have the pleasure of meeting Jocker there, the cat host of the place, who will honour you with his presence if you wish; otherwise, he will lounge in the shade of a shrub before slipping into his private space!



The villa is not recommended for families with young children, as the upper floor is accessed by a steep wooden staircase, which is not suitable for the safety of young children or elderly people. However, there is a possibility of locking off this space.
