Staff are very nice and reliable whenever I need my room to be clean in my convenient time. Door man’s are very polite and always cheerful when greeting the guests. It was too late for me to realize and have try the room service and the food was amazingly delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. 🙂

We stayed at Belmont Hotel Mactan for 3 nights. The staff were really great—very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated that guests have access to the pool at Mactan Newtown Beachfront, which was a nice bonus. However, the drainage in both the sink and shower definitely needs attention. The shower tends to clog and overflow because of how it’s set up, and when my husband checked the sink, there was a lot of buildup inside. It’s pretty gross—they really need to start using something like Draino to clean it properly. Also, housekeeping never left extra toilet paper, so I’d recommend calling for more as soon as you check in. The food was just okay, but the bartenders, John and Bryan, were fantastic! They make amazing drinks and were the highlight of our stay. Honestly, they’re probably the main reason I’d appreciate Belmont at all.

Will you come from a different country? You would like to be able to watch channels on TV or at least be able to hook up your Netflix account but when that’s not possible it makes for a really hard trip. If you can only watch one channel that’s an English, especially when you can hook up your Netflix account. How can you be comfortable? I like to lay in bed and watch TV when I’m relaxing and I like to have a soft comfortable bed if it’s listed as a five star hotel, that’s what it should be not a hard bed where you have to beg them to fix the mattress and they have to put two or three mattress pads on top of the bed for you to be comfortable
