no wifi ,cause no wifi no TV also micro wave not working could not contact owner . It was a disappointing way to end a vacation when paying full price. Not worth the stay. One expects that every works that they post about the rental .

Ppl are pushy on tours (commission) . Kicked us out of the room we were in because they forgot someone rented our room out for the whole year. Which was fine because they upgraded our room. Then when it came time to check out. They wanted to pay my fiancé back my security deposit on Gcash. Instead of giving me back my security deposit. Ultimately I got back but I had to put up a fight to get my deposit back... could have been a way better experience...

No hot water. No cleaners. Reception was useless in calling maintenance. Washing machine leaking, air conditioner in room leaking which caused minor flooding in the room and kitchen. Brown out lost power to the room with no backup generator. Had to leave to room because of no power. Very disappointed with this hotel.

We spend over 5 hours in hot, humid lobby of building waiting for owner of condo to arrive with key as they don't allow the staff at site to keep copies to attend to the needs of the guests. The room was filled with bugs. The television was unusable because all the batteries for the remotes were either dead or missing. No internet available at the time of renting. The place could be/should be very nice.... It is in high quality building same area around property is very modern and high class.... But taking care of guests is not too priority for the owners of this place.... And if they don't like renting to Expedia guests they should just take their property of the site instead of complaining to guest about how long it takes for then to get paid.

Epäsiisti, huono kommunikaatio, ei palvelua, epäkohteliasta käyttäytymistä. Ei voi suositella kenellekään. Ei lakanoita, vesivahinko, likaiset astiat kaapissa, lattiat likaiset. Pompoteltiin yli tunti aulasta toiseen ennen kuin oikea paikka löytyi eikä huoneemme siltikään ollut valmis ja jouduimme odottamaan miltei kaksi tuntia. Likaiset lakanat kaapissa ja kun pyysimme puhtaita, meille ilmoitettiin ettei niitä pystytä toimittamaan koska varaus oli tehty niin lyhyellä varoitusajalla. Viivyimme kaksi yötä eikä lakanoita toimitettu seuraavanakaan päivänä vaikka yritimme niitä useasti pyytää. Kaapissa märkä homeinen pyyhe ja koko asunto haisi vesivahingolle. En toivoisi tällaista kohtelua kenelläkään enkä missään nimessä suosittelisi tässä paikassa yöpymistä.

최악의숙소

실제 판매하고 있는 호텔과 전혀 다름 예약된곳 없다하여 여기저기 찾아 헤매 2-3시간 방황 우여곡절 끝에 찾았더니 왠 에이전트를 불러댐 정상적이라면 호텔 유의사항,디파지2천페소 지불등 정식적인 절차가 있어야 하는데 그런거 없이 호텔 정직원이 아닌 다른 현지인이 와서 체크인 해줌 체크아웃할때 키 어케 하냐 했더니 룸에 그냥 놓고 가라함 ㅎㅎ 찜찜해서 둘러보니 살던집임! 사랍장에 본인들 옷쳐박아놓은거 침구색깔 호텔정식적인 흰색 아닌 왠 알록달록?현지이불?ㅋㅋ베게에 침자국 세탁기옆 급히 꾸겨놓은 본인들 캐리어 짐 ㅡㅡ 도저히 잘수없어 다시 에이전트 불름 다른방 보여줬으나 냄새는 기본 앞과 똑같음 돈을 더주던 옆 c스윗으로 옮겨주던 깨끗한방 주라 했더니 자기들은 예약담당 아니라 이것저것 핑계댐 취소하려면 어케 해야 하냐니 한국가서 하라함 결국 우리 사비로 지금 판매하고 있는 이미지 c스윗으로 거짓30만원돈 내고 새로 다시 잡음 ㅡㅡ 판매하고 있는 이미지랑 숙소가 다른데 왜 올려놓고 판매 하는지 정말 이해못함 절대 요즘 소비자들이 얼마나 무서운지 모르는건지 ..숙소하나 땜에 세부여행 망친거 하며 생각할수록 화가나서 쉽게 잊혀지지 않음 도저히 넘어갈수 없기에 컴플레인

최악입니다.

최악입니다. 총 2일 숙박하엿는데 첫날은 주변의 현지인들이 키우는 개와 닭때문에 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 그리고 다음날 수건하나 달라그랬더니 콘시어지는 그런 업무를 하지 않더군요. 약간 에어비엔비 같은 느낌이라 집주인이 따로 있는 것 같았습니다.

수영장이 짱이다

일단 저희가 오후 6시쯤 체킨했는데 체크인 하는데 시간이 굉장히 오래걸렸다 처음부터 진빠지고 여기저기 왔다갔다 하고 여권 복사본 가져오라는 말이 없었는데 그것도 필요하다 하고 무튼 2000페소 보증금은 안냈어요 저는 , 또 세탁기 안에 세탁물이 잔뜩 들어가있어서 당황스러웠습니다 2인 2박인데 샴푸 일회용 하나 달랑 있고 치약도 일회용 두개뿐이어서 다 새로 샀고, 청결상태는 괜찮은 편이었어요 다만 저는 룸케어 서비스 신청을 안해서 같은 수건 2 틀 사용하고 가져온것 사용하고 룸 청소 하는거 서비스 없습니다 그전에 페이 하셔야해요 그리고 수영장은 진짜 끝내줍니다 정말. 월요일에 청소하는날이라 월요일만 이용 안되요 그리고 위치도 정말 좋아서 재방문의사 있어요

비추천

콘도 4개 동 중에 몇동인지도 자세히 적혀있는게 없어서 찾는거부터 되게 힘들었습니다. 겨우 찾았더니 로비에 있는 직원은 예약번호랑 이름이랑 영수증을 보여줘도 전혀 몰랐습니다. 한참을 기다린 후에 이 콘도는 원래 방 주인이 였던 호스트에게 방을 받는다는걸 알았고 또 한참 기다리다 방을 배정받았습니다. 방에는 수건한장 없고 수건달라고 5번을 찾아가고 전화했는데 직원분은 계속 알았다고하고 간다고 말해놓고 전혀 주지않아서 두시간 반 기다리고 직접 수건관리하는대 가서 받았습니다. 그리고 처음에 저희에게 잘못된 방을 배정시켜주고 이틀뒤에 호스트가 12000페소를 요구했습니다. 다행히 돈 지불은 호텔 착오로 인정되어 안냈지만 그러기의 과정때문에 편하게 놀러온 곳에서 스트레스 받고 신경쓰이게 됐습니다. 진짜 최악이였습니다. 하지만 근처 프렌차이점이나 편의점이랑 스파,카페가 가까운점은 편리하였습니다.

숙소는 괜찮았으나...호텔스닷컴 측에서 예약메일을 호스트에게 주지않아 세부 현지에서..숙소에 들어가지 못할 뻔 하였습니다..한국에 있는 친척에게 호텔스닷컴에 연락을 하여서 예약 확인을 부탁하였고..우여곡절 끝에 2시간을 기다려서 겨우 숙소에 들어가게 되었습니다..앞으로 호텔스닷컴을 통해서 여기 숙소는 예약하지 않을 것입니다..

10년여행동안 최악중의 악. 건물만좋고관리상태최악.

체크인 하는데 한시간 걸렸어요. 들어갔는데 일단 휴지없음. 수건없음. 키도 줬는데 나가려다보니 안맞음. 거실 작은테이블에 먹다만 스타벅스 컵이 있고 화장실엔 수조에 그 자른 머리카락들이 너저분하게 있었어요. 게다가 변기가 내려가지도 않고. 와 진짜 대박. 비행기가 보통 밤 늦게라서 반나절 있으려고 7만원?내고 들어갔던건데 그냥 코코넛같은데 갈걸ㅠ 좋은점도있어요. 스벅1층,맥도날드 걸어서2분. 이거요..

Dette er noe lureri. Da vi kom frem var det ingen booking i resepsjonen. Etter mye om og men fikk vi en annen utleier til å hjelpe oss å få tak i vår kontakt person. Han nektet å møte opp å sa han hadde sendt oss en Mail om at han ikke kunne leie ut like vel. Noe han ikke har gjort! Alt var betalt på forhånd og pengene har ikke blitt ført tilbake. Og han har ikke fjernet leiligheten heller, så den står fortsatt som ledig.

숙소찾기 : 비슷한 건물 4개 동이 있는데 여러동을 찾아다니며 물어물어 숙소찾음. 직원도 잘 모름 체크인 : 2시 체크인까지 마땅히 구경할 거리도, 소일할 거리도 없음 침대 : 당초 계약한 방2개, 침대 2개와 다른 숙소로 입실. 변경되지 않음 수건 : 수건교체를 수차례 요구했으나 수용되지 않음 콘도형 숙소라는 점을 잊고 숙박하면 여러가지 불편이 따름
