Ridiculous, I'm taking a shower with very little water pressure due to water pipe problem. Imagine, I'm on vacation and didn't stay at home to get great shower the I'm paying bigbucks to pipe problem? Terrible

Iit was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service. Our room was clean, spacious, The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel's amenities, e.g., pool, gym, restaurant were great, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend Dusit Thani Mactan to anyone visiting Cebu It's a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. Rating: 5/5 stars

Hotel service and infinity pool was amazing.. we were directed to club lounge access upon early check in and they have added complimentary bed without me asking, my daughter slept and rested well due to this. The 100m infinity pool was superb overlooking the sea and staff very friendly/helpful. Breakfast has plenty of options and with sea views too. Hotel is a bit dated though and beach area is limited, walking around for a stroll was a good alternative though and just swim through to the vast infinity pool. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Fun hotel

The hotel was beautiful and the views of the ocean was so definitely a plus. We also love the pool. The lobby decor was excellent. The service was fantastic. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

It failed my expectation. The beach’s sand is not fine and is painful to the sole of your feet. You have to wear slippers when walking along the shore.
