I made a paid on advance reservation with a single queen bed. I knew the flight from Korea was scheduled to arrive around 23:30, 30 minutes before midnight. It turns out that the flight was 45 minutes late, after that. I had a friend at my destination call the Hotel, advising them that I would be able additional 45minutes late. He forwarded their return text I chose the Felicity because it is very close to Cebu International Airport. When I got to the Hotel the clerk told me that she let my room go. HOW COULD SHE BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS!? I paid in full and I could have left it empty all night if I wanted. Instead I'm dumped into this hole in the wall, smaller bed, NO HOT WATER PLUMBED IN! This was obviously a very low class room for who knows who! With fees, taxes, Insurance I paid over $60. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE!

This is a good budget hotel in easy walking distance to Gaisano Mactan Mall and a slightly longer walk to Island Central. What I like most about this hotel is that you get to see how the people of Lapu-Lapu/Cebu actually live. I would not describe this as a touristy hotel. If you want a touristy hotel with a pool and luxury amenities, cross the bridge to Mandaue or SM SeaSide City. The staff is wonderful and so helpful, and they love assisting in matters of the heart. If you ask them, they will even help you learn some Bisayan (the second most spoken language in the Philippines).

Maybe a good place for backpackers, the one electrical outlet in the room was behind a night table, and I needed staff to help plug in-not good. My iPhone charger dropped from the outlet. No hot water in the shower, very tepid. No dining possibilities outside the hotel. Better use a map to show the taxi driver-he could not find the place.

Staff was very professional and accommodating, breakfast was good. Shuttle from the airport was appreciated. Their location is on a very busy street in an industrial area but transportation was available fairly easily.

I reserved a room with 1 queen and a twin, they put us in a studio with 2 twin bed and crammed a mattress next to them. We had barely any space to move. The shower was just a trickle of water. We reserved a shuttle for 6 am, arrived at the desk 20 min early, and they didn't have enough space in the shuttle so we had to wait that it came back.
