There are eighteen pay parking spaces available at Amani Grand Residences, and parking is first come, first served basis. Please pay any outstanding fees to the administrative office before checking in or out. We do not collect such fees. You will have to pay before you are allowed to exit the condo complex.


*All requests must be not less than 48 hours from your check-in date and are always subject to availability.

*If it comes out that the guests smoked or vaped during their visit, despite our listing information and the notices posted inside our unit, we will take the appropriate action. Since it was assumed that our guest understood and would follow the house rules and regulations upon making your reservation.
